We had a nice Christmas morning at home. The kids enjoyed the presents and played all morning. Jameson and Drew then went outside to play. Jameson wore his new snow shoes. He also got a four wheeler ride and a snow machine ride from the neighbors. Then we headed over to my parent's house for more Christmas fun.

We had our third annual gingerbread decorating party. The kids had the best time. They got to gorge on candy and decorate ginger bears and a cookie house. Jameson loves the idea of living in a world made from candy. He dreams about candyland! One day he said he wanted to go to candyland. I said we are not going to candyland. We are going to Fred Meyers. He cried for hours.

Getting Into The Christmas Spirit

We are getting into the Christmas spirit here. The kids had lots of fun getting their photos taken yesterday. I have ordered their special present for the year. It will be hard to wait till Christmas day! I am planning our annual gingerbread house decorating party. We have never had a Christmas tree at our house but this year I hope to find a small one for the kids. Jameson is learning lots about the holidays from school and has asked about Santa for the first time!
